Did you know that Dark Chocolate is considered a “Super Food?" It contains flavonols, which are potent antioxidants that will help with your health. According to WebMD, dark chocolate can lower high blood pressure. 

Remember, moderation is key. If you eat too much, the calories you take in can have a negative effect on your fitness goals.
