Homes for sale in Saline by price range

A quick analysis of the number of homes for sale in Saline, broken down by price range.

When shopping for a home, most buyers have a budget, so they are interested only in Saline homes in their price range.  (Original article written by Vance Shutes).  Let’s take a look today at an updated view of the distribution of homes in Saline by price range.

The first chart shows the percentage of homes in each price range.  The percentages relate to a total of 237 Saline homes for sale at this time (up from 205 the last time we looked at this chart).  Today, we see the “bell-shaped” curve of a “normal” distribution of Saline homes for sale.

The largest group of Saline homes for sale at this time is in the $300-350,000 price range.  These homes are the bedrock of the Saline community, so you’d expect to see more of them for sale than in any other price range.  If you’re shopping in the $200,000 to $400,000 price range, you’ve got plenty of homes to choose from!

Then again, if you’re looking at the really expensive homes in Saline, you might be disappointed to find that there are only four homes listed for sale at prices above $1,000,000.  The most expensive home for sale in Saline at this time is listed for $2,750,000.
