Saline Parks & Rec is Accepting Sealed Bids for a New Photocopier

INVITATION TO BID

The City of Saline Parks & Recreation Department will accept sealed bids for a Digital Copier/Printer/Scanner/Fax Machine.  Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked:

“Photocopier Bid”

All bids must be received no later than April 18, 2012 @ 2:00 PM. No late bids, telephone bids, emailed bids, or faxed bids will be accepted.  Bid proposals and specifications may be obtained from the City of Saline’s website, Bid Proposal, contacting Carla Scruggs via email at cscruggs@cityofsaline.org calling at 734-429-3502 Ext. 2509, or picking one up in person at City Hall, 100 N. Harris Street, Saline, MI 48176. All bids must be made on the bid form(s) supplied, and the bid form(s) must be fully completed when submitted. The City of Saline reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids as deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
