Saline Rec Center has added another TRX class to its fitness schedule for February. Kathy Metta will begin a session of TRX on Wednesday nights from 6:15-7:15 p.m. starting February 8.
During this eight week session, participants will develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
The use of one’s own bodyweight during suspension training allows for users to self adjust the amount of resistance they want, making it suitable for all fitness levels. Space is limited for this class, so register early to secure a spot. To register call 429-3502 or visit www.salinerec.com
