Ultimate Frisbee for grades 4-7
Fun, cool program for 4th - 7th graders. Great cardio exercise that uses skills of frisbee, basketball, soccer, football and hockey.
Come and learn the exciting game of ultimate Frisbee by joining our Youth Afterschool Program at the Rec Center. Learn the basic skills and scrimmage every class. All equipment will be provided.
Class begins on Monday, January 23.
