Wear Red Day at the Rec Center

On Friday, Feb. 3, the Saline Rec Center is hosting a Wear Red Day in honor of heart health.

Wear red to the Rec Center on that day and receive free admission to the facility and to any fitness class. Here are some of the activities:

• 6:05 a.m. Rise & Spin Class
• 8:30 a.m. Low Stress Water Aerobics Class
• 9:00 a.m. Indoor  Cycling Class
• 10:45 a.m. Total Fitness Class
• 4:00 p.m. ZUMBA
