Why Are RydeOn!'s Indoor Cycling Classes So Unique in Ann Arbor?
We also wanted to offer something unique. After all, we'd both been taking spinning classes for years, and we knew what we did and did not like about the indoor cycles we'd experienced.
When Christina and I first decided to open an indoor cycling studio in the Ann Arbor area, we knew we were up against some fairly stiff competition between other studios, gyms, and both county and city-sponsored fitness classes.
But we also wanted to offer something unique. After all, we'd both been taking spinning classes for years, and we knew what we did and did not like about the indoor cycles we'd experienced.
When we found the Keiser M3 we knew we'd hit upon the perfect bike for our RydeOn!. We love the company, the training we've received from Keiser on how to best use the bikes to give our clients fantastic workouts – and most of all we love the Keiser M3 and are proud to be the only indoor cycling studio in the Ann Arbor area to offer them.
As Christina and I were evaluating indoor bikes we knew we wanted certain features, among them comfort, the ability to easily shift “gears” or resistance, and an easy way for our clients to be able to track their progress. The M3 offers all of these things, and it is backed by a company with over twenty-five years' experience, impressive environmental credentials, and a commitment to building its exercise equipment (and providing jobs) right here in the US. We know that our Ann Arbor area clients value quality, environmental consciousness, and supporting American workers as much as we do, so we knew the Keiser M3 would be a hit!

Finally, the Keiser company has provided all of us here at RydeOn! with in-depth, comprehensive training so we can help you get the most out of your indoor cycling workout. Between our Keiser and our Mad Dogg Spinning certifications, our instructors are among the best trained fitness staff you'll find in Washtenaw county.
Of course, our bikes are only the foundation of the work we do to help our extended Ann Arbor-area “family” train for life. That's why we developed RydeOn! University, for example, and why we host charity events – we believe that training for life is all about building a healthy body, mind, soul, and community. And of course we will continue to find ways to enhance your RydeOn! experience with things like our new smartphone app and playlist contests so we know the kind of music that you want us to play.
