Camp Invention at Pleasant Ridge - Saline

Camp Invention was created with inspiration from the National Inventors Hall of Fame Inductees.  It is the ONLY nationally recognized summer program focused on creativity, innovation and the spirit of creative problem-solving through invention, all inspired by the world's foremost inventors.

Pleasant Ridge Elementary is hosting the Camp Invention Geo-Quest program where the children rotate through various modules each day.

In the I Can Invent: Launchitude module children combine physics and re-engineered household items to create the ultimate Duck Chuck device.

Children are global expedition team members in the Cache Dash module, who work together to invent solutions to real-world problems in France, Singapore, Honduras and other countries.

In Amazing Atlas, the children visit K2, the Sahara Desert, and crystal caves to explore the five extremes of the natural world: heat, height, crystals, water, and cold.

In Geo-Games, the children create games, game pieces and equipment from everyday items.
