AARP will offer tax help to seniors from 1-3 p.m. Mondays, Feb. 6-April 16. (No appointments will be taken on Feb. 20.)

To get your taxes done, you will need to bring:

- Photo ID
- Social security card and S.S. cards for all dependents or ITIN
- Birthdates for all dependents
- Dependent care provider information (name, employer, ID, and Social Security number);
- Daycare provider tax identification & total amount paid for daycare
- Statement from DHS
- 2011 Property Tax receipts Winter & Summer
- Heating bill containing 2011 heating summary
- Current year’s tax forms and preparation booklet
- Copy of last year’s income tax return
- If renting, proof of rent paid (landlord’s name & address)
- W-2 forms from each employer
- Unemployment compensation statements;
- SSA-1099 form if you were paid Social Security benefits;
- All 1099 forms (1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-B, etc.) showing interest and/or dividends and documentation showing original purchase price of sold assets;
- 1099-misc.showing any miscellaneous income;
- 1099-R form if you received a pension or annuity;
- All forms indicating federal income tax paid;
- All receipts or canceled checks if itemizing deductions
- Divorce/alimony documents
- Bank routing and account numbers for direct deposits
