Saline-Brecon Friendship Guild, Ltd. is hosting an evening of music and food celebrating the 45th year of Saline’s sister-city relationship with Brecon, Wales. Each year the event is held in honor of St. David, the patron saint of Wales. If you are Welsh, want to be Welsh for a night or just want to learn about the sister city organization, please join us.
