Forgiving other people who have been hurtful can be an important stepping stone to increased peace and happiness in later life. Forgiveness is a process involving specific skills that can be learned. This presentation focuses on:
- Discovering why forgiveness is important to well-being;
- Learning about phases in the forgiveness process; and
- Practicing skills that can aid in the forgiveness process.
