Forgiving other people who have been hurtful can be an important stepping stone to increased peace and happiness in later life. Forgiveness is a process involving specific skills that can be learned. This presentation focuses on:



  • Discovering why forgiveness is important to well-being;

  • Learning about phases in the forgiveness process; and

  • Practicing skills that can aid in the forgiveness process.
