Heart Failure Lecture Series

St. Joseph Mercy Ann Arbor is announcing a free ongoing four-week series for heart failure patients every Thursday at 1 p.m.   All classes will be held in the Michigan Heart & Vascular Institute auditorium located on the first floor at 5325 Elliott Drive, Ypsilanti, MI 48197.

The four-week series offers a presentation, followed by optional physical activity. The topics each week include:

• Understanding Heart Failure
• Lifestyle Management
• Medication and Emotional Recovery
• Symptom Management and Advance Directives

Upon completion, attendees will receive a certificate of completion for attending all four classes. Family and friends are encouraged to attend the presentations.
