Saline Women's Water Polo vs Chelsea

The Hornets are swimming fresh from an upset victory over the Dexter Dreadnaughts at the Hornet Invitational Tournament last weekend, facing Chelsea at home this Thursday at an early 6:00 pm start.

Coach Katie Card has a young team, and they have been learning how to win from the larger, more experienced teams. The learning shows, and they've been showing it in the pool. They formerly relied on team speed, and Coach Card has gotten her team to spread the ball around. They aren't shy about shooting, and the result is a fast paced, balanced attack with an aggressive defense. The type of game needed to be competitive with the best teams in the state.

One of your few opportunities to see the Hornets in their home hive will have the varsity team playing first at home against Chelsea. It always raises the pulse to watch this team play- they work hard, and play harder!
