The Saline Hornets Women's Water Polo team are swimming from a 14-4 home victory over Birmingham Seaholm, and are spending the weekend in Birmingham at their Birmingham Invitational Tournament. They'll be back in their home pool on April 18th to battle the Dexter Dreadnaughts. Dexter has been a formidible opponent this year, sinking Saline in the early Grand Rapids tournament 1-4. Saline has ramped up a lot of valuable experience since then, and Dexter will see a more seasoned team. The Hornets may surprise the Dreadnaughts when they play at home.
The polo season is short, so take advantage of the few opportunities you have to see this fast moving game.
