Strength & Stretch

Rev up your morning and kick-start your metabolism in this fun toning class. We will begin with a short warm up to wake you up. Then work all of the major muscle groups using dumbbells, bands and  exercise balls. We will focus on all the major muscle groups including legs, glutes, arms and shoulders and, of course abs! Class will finish with a very important stretch. Come early and get your workout in before you have too many reasons not to!
