XFIT is a combination of 30 second intervals involving plyometrics, cardio, toning and strength training. This one hour class will burn approx 500-700 calories per hour, depending on your fitness level. It is for all ages/shapes/fitness levels. It is a maximum workout for your whole body in minimal time.
