Looking for something to do with your family this weekend? Catch Saline Area Players’ show, Honk! A Musical Tale of the “Ugly Duckling” at Saline High School. Show times are March 13 & 14 at 7 PM and March 14 & 15 at 2 PM. The story begins when Ida & Drake (played by Patti Ringe & Rich Hamann) discover that their new brood contains an ugly duckling (played by Alex Jasman). After being ridiculed and and preyed upon by Cat (Andy Farnsworth), he leaves home on a journey, during which he learns about himself and gains an acceptance.
