Ever wanted to perform with the Saline Area Players? Ever wanted to sing in a barn with animal sounds accompaniment? If so, come on out and audition for the Saline Area Players' musical review that will be performed at Rentschler Farm on October 6 during the annual "Harvest Time on the Farm" at 1PM & 3PM. This light-hearted and informal show entertains the guests coming to the farm and provides SAP thespians with a fun opportunity to perform.
Auditions will occur at 7PM on Monday, August 19 at the Liberty School Auditorium, 7265 N. Ann Arbor St. Open auditions are for kids through adults for a musical review. There will be two rehearsals in September, tentatively scheduled for September 19 & 30 with a dress rehearsal on the weekend of the show. Auditioners are asked to bring a prepared song from a musical with the sheet music marked including piano accompaniment. Also, be ready to sing a short ensemble piece (music will be provided). If you have ideas of songs that would include audience participation, please share those as well. An audition form is on the website at www.salineareaplayers.org
