Featured Vendors - Produce!!!
We have an abundance of freshly picked produce from vendors who come every Saturday and Tuesday to the Saline Farmers Market including Mike Prochaska of Prochaska Farms and Greenhouse, Deb Marks of Marks Farms, Pat and Hector Devulder of Devulder’s Farm, and Jeff Nemeth of Nemeth’s Greenhouse and Farms. This is an abundant time of year with lots of choices. Pickling cucumbers are ready for canning, beets are ready for pickling, ingredients for salsa are available. It won’t be long before tomatoes will be abundant and ready for canning.
Sweet corn is in and it is very sweet. Blueberries, peaches, plums, cherries, apples and much more are available.
