The ballots are closed and the 9 entries livening up the downtown Saline area have withstood some harsh fall weather, .... and our top three winners of the 2013 Saline Scarecrow Contest have been decided by you... the voters. So without further ado... the winners are... in First Place with 49 votes was Saline Optometry. In Second Place with 35 votes was Saline Downtown Diner. And Third Place with 12 votes was "Taybor Pepper" by Sloan Pepper. A big thank you to everyone that participated in this years contest and made our city look so wonderfully festively fall-like.
