Alex's Arcade, Puts Together Organizations First Dream Experience

Non-Profit Organization Helps Cancer Patient go to Her First Opening Day

Alex’s Arcade, a non-profit organization that helps children cope with cancer, recently provided its first Dream Experience for a family. Kelly Jung, who at 29 was recently diagnosed with brain cancer, has dreamed of going to the Detroit Tigers Opening Day. This year Alex’s Arcade helped make that happen and surprised Kelly and her father Ed with tickets to the game. The super fan had always gone to the festivities outside the game, but this year she was able to watch the game at the park. Ed’s company, Vesco Oil, helped make their day special as well by providing Ed and Kelly with body warmers and blankets to keep warm during the game.
