All-natural NKD Pizza Grand Opens in Shelby Township

NKD Pizza, an all-natural pizza destination, announced the opening of its new Shelby Township location with a grand opening party on Wednesday, September 28. This is the second location in Michigan, following the Sterling Heights store, which opened in April 2016. Expansion plans for an additional 15 stores throughout the state are expected, including an upcoming location in Royal Oak.

NKD Pizza in Shelby Township, located at 52300 Van Dyke Ave, is the first pizza option in the area to offer free delivery and all-natural, healthy ingredients without additives, preservatives, or artificial colors and flavors. NKD Pizza is GMO free, made of a 10-grain Ancestral Blend® and even offers gluten-free options and sauce without added sugar.

To celebrate entering the Shelby Twp. community, NKD Pizza will be sponsoring the Shelby Township Police Department’s mobile education unit, which deploys locally to train students and residents in safety, drug education and disaster preparedness. NKD will support the unit through a $1,000 donation to the Community Oriented Policing/Public Education Resources (C.O.P.P.E.R.) fund, held by the Shelby Community Foundation.
