Baby Abducted in Shelby Township, Police Say
A one-year-old boy was reportedly abducted Saturday in Shelby Township, but was retrieved by his mother, according to a report on WJBK-TV.
A baby was abducted Saturday in front of his Shelby Township apartment, according to a report by WJBK-TV, and was retrieved after his mother chased down the abductor.
The man reportedly grabbed the 1-year-old as he walked with his mother. She chased the abductor and grabbed her son out of his arms, the mother told the television station.
The abductor reportedly returned to the apartment, where Shelby Township police arrested the man. The suspect will reportedly be arraigned Monday.
