Burr staff serves up support for families at Ronald McDonald House

Hot meal warms hearts

A group of Burr Elementary teachers served up support for families staying at the Ronald McDonald House in Detroit.

The six teachers supplied ingredients and cooked dinner for approximately 30 families at the house - an extended stay facility for families of children with medical issues.

The teachers were returning a favor of sorts after staff member Cassandra Joss had family stay at the facility.
