Butterfly garden takes wings at Dresden Elementary

Garden will help school earn Evergreen status

This fall the Dresden community broke ground for a Butterfly Garden.

The garden will help the Dresden Green Team members as they pursue Evergreen status as a through the Michigan Green School program.

The Butterly Garden will also give the Dresden community an outdoor laboratory to explore.

Second-grade Green Team member, Ariana Selvidge said, "I'm excited to see the Monarch butterflies in the springtime! I wonder if they will come ..."
