Duncan Elementary students look to the future

School's second annual career day

Recently, the sixth graders at Duncan Elementary participated in their school’s second annual Career Day.

This special event brought in members of the community to share their work-world expertise with the students. Careers in graphic design, dentistry, marketing and more were represented.

Each sixth grader was able to choose three sessions from the list of nearly 50 volunteers who shared not only their careers, but also the path that lead them to their work.
