It's time to register for next season! Whether you are new to AYSO or a returning player, now is the time to register for the 2012 - 2013 season. Registering now guarantees you a place on a team next season.
Our soccer program starts with the U5 division, and extends through the U16/U19 division. The season generally runs from early September through mid-October, takes a winter break, and then starts up again from mid-April through early June.
To help your registration process go smoothly, you must pre-register online at eAYSO.org and bring the following with you:
- Two signed copies of your registration form.
- A completed Macomb Waiver for each child you are registering (available on our website at www.ayso459.org under "Registration News").
- A small photo – wallet size is preferred but any photo that we can cut to wallet size or smaller is fine.
- Your child’s birth certificate or passport (or your birth certificate, passport or driver’s license if you are 18 years old and registering for the U19 division) – we don’t need to keep a copy, we just need to see it to verify the birth date on your registration forms.
- Payment – cash and checks are accepted at registration events. If you paid online, please bring a copy of your receipt.
