The Learning Experience Plans Grand Re-Opening Celebration to
Welcome New Ownership and Management Team

The Learning Experience of Sterling Heights, MI has announced that they are now
under new management and will be hosting a Grand Re-Opening celebration on Wednesday, March 6th, 2013 from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm. The event presents the
community and prospective families with the opportunity to meet the new staff and management team, take in the recently completed renovations, and learn more
about the benefits that this premiere national childcare company offers families within the Sterling Heights community.

The center recently made the transition from
corporate-managed location to its current independently owned and operated status. Franchisees Keith and Katie Schulz, of South Lyon, MI are excited to take on their second location.  The Schulz’s also own and operate The Learning Experience of Northville, MI. In addition to being successful business owners, they are parents to Sydney (9), Zachary (7), and Mackenzie (5).

All three of their children grew up at The Learning Experience (TLE) giving Katie the “mom perspective” when running her childcare centers.  “I am not just an owner, I am a customer and more importantly, a mom.  When hiring staff or making decisions about the center, I think first as a mom,” she said.

Schulz welcomes Alanna Stockley to her team as Center Director.  Alanna has more than five years of experience in a director role and is excited to bring that experience to TLE with a focus on exceeding parent’s expectations and further growing the center.  Alanna is fortunate to have
a great team of teachers and caregivers, most of which have been at the center for more than a year, to build around.

“I believe strongly that what makes The Learning Experience of Sterling Heights special is our cutting-edge curriculum and all-inclusive programs delivered in a loving, nurturing, family environment,” replied Schulz, when asked what differentiates the center from its competitors.

It’s clear that TLE retains a caring, passionate and well-qualified staff and that the new ownership team is taking painstaking measures to keep quality and morale high while providing first-rate care for their existing families.
