Self Defense Class

Many people think of self-defense as just a karate kick to the groin or jab to the eyes of the attacker.Β  But self-defense actually means doing everything possible to AVOID fighting someone who threatens or attacks you. Self-defense is about using your smarts.

The class is a 2-1/2 hour safety/self-defense seminar.Β  This includes a 45-minute powerpoint seminar on how to avoid or get out of dangerous situations.Β  They use real life scenarios and videos, along with cases they have worked in major crimes.Β  You will then break out for easy, yet very effective self defense techniques, which include blocks, strikes, low level kicks and control releases.Β  The classes are structured for anyone ages 9 -90; the teaching atmosphere is relaxed and informative.

Limited to 20 participants per class.
