Fourteen students advance to the international tournament in Orlando

A group of Henry Ford II High School students are going international after earning top honors at a statewide conference focused on developing business skills.

The school’s DECA (Distributive Education Clubs of America) chapter finished with 23 top honors at the state career conference, including 14 students who qualified for the international tournament later this month.

“All of the students represented Ford II High School well,” said Jennifer DeClerck, a marketing teacher at the school. “They all worked extremely hard and put forth a lot of effort.”
