Howard Realty Group Joins Macomb-OU Incubator's Experts-in-Residence Program

The Macomb-­OU Incubator (Mac-­OU Inc) has added Howard Realty Group (HRG) to its Experts­-in­-Residence (EIR) program to provide Mac-OU Inc client companies with assistance in locating commercial real-estate options in Macomb County.

As a part of the program, HRG will be located on site at Mac­-OU Inc to provide this complimentary consultation to Mac­-OU Inc client companies.

The Mac­-OU Inc EIR program allows commercialization clients to consult with expert professionals for approximately 16 hours of complimentary services each month. Additional discounts from the EIR's
are also provided if clients seek more in-depth engagements.

and know that a strong small-business community strengths the local area.”

Howard has been in the real-estate business for seven years. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the Eli Broad Business School at Michigan State University and is an officially-licensed real-estate salesperson in Michigan. He enjoys meeting new people and building relationships.

HRG is a full commercial real-estate company located in Clinton Township, MI, doing business all over Michigan and Ohio. HRG represents buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants and manages commercial properties. Currently, HRG manages more than one million square feet and more than 200 tenants. HRG also specializes in finding investment properties for clients and helping to arrange financing. With their
large business portfolio, HRG has developed relationships with many local businesses and brokers who help them find the best properties, tenants, financing options, and so on for clients.
