The Junior Titans of Sterling Heights met their future recently - and they tackled it straight on.
The Junior Titans - a six and seven year flag football team - recently held a scrimmage with the Stevenson High School Titans.
“The looks on both the Big Titan and Jr Titan faces was priceless.” said Junior Titan Coach Randy Deigel. “There were no less than 25 ‘Biig Titans’ participating and making the event a memorable occasion for our Junior Titan squad.”
Diegel worked with Stevenson Coach Kevin Frederick to arrange the scrimmage between junior Titans and “Big Titans” at the scrimmage at Delia Park.
The ‘Jr Titan’ squad has been involved in pre-game festivities on Friday nights, practiced at the Stevenson High School fields, and interact with the ‘Big Titans’ whenever possible, he said.
