Rep. Wozniak announces release of Michigan Citizen’s Guide

Wozniak encourages residents to contact his office to obtain their own copy

State Rep. Doug Wozniak has announced the release of the 2019 Michigan Citizen’s Guide to State Government. The guide is published every other year and includes key information on state government, featuring directories of both the Michigan House of Representatives and the Michigan Senate, overviews of the three branches of the state government, contact information for various elected officials, and more.

“Government only works if the general public makes a concerted effort to participate in the decision-making process,” Wozniak said. “This guide is a fantastic way to familiarize yourself with how your government operates, who is representing you in Lansing, and how to get in touch with the appropriate people to make your voice heard.”

Wozniak encourages local residents to contact his office to receive a free copy of the Citizen’s Guide. The office can be reached at (517) 373-0843 or DouglasWozniak@house.mi.gov.
