Schwarzkoff students send their love to UCS troops

UCS students, families and teachers worked together to donate over 2,200 items for our troops overseas.

Students, families and teachers worked together to donate over 2,200 items for our troops overseas.

A classroom challenge urged children to bring in a variety of items including pop tarts, oatmeal, twizzlers, toothbrushes, chewing gum, magazines and a troop favorite, beef jerky.

The “love” drive was all in an effort to show these brave men and women how much we love and appreciate their daily sacrifices.

Another troop favorite is receiving notes and letters. Classrooms worked together to make cards, wrote letters and drew pictures.
