Shelby Township Gets AT&T Network Improvements
Upgrades will be noticed at 22 Mile Road and Van Dyke Avenue.

With additional capacity on AT&T's network, residents and employees in Shelby Township will notice faster speeds when using their mobile devices.
The changes on the 4G LTE network will give area residents and businesses mobile Internet speeds up to four times faster than 3G.
The additional capacity on these seven towers is like adding more lanes to a highway, carrying traffic from a customer’s device to the cell tower. That means customers in these communities can now use their smartphones and tablets to surf the Internet faster than ever before.

“We know our customers are living their lives on the go. We want to help them get the most out of their mobile devices, whether they’re watching videos, texting family and friends or posting to social media," said Jim Murray, president, AT&T Michigan.
