UCS grad profiled in national "Smart Girl" program
A 2016 Utica Community Schools graduate is among the first to be profiled nationally in the "Smart Girl" feature.

A 2016 Utica Community Schools graduate is among the first to be profiled nationally through the "Smart Girl" feature.
The program, sponsored by comedian Amy Poehler, recognizes young women who are changing the world through their actions.
Li attended Stevenson High School and the Utica Center for Mathematics, Science and Technology.

"Powfactor celebrates the special ingredient inside everyone that empowers them to change the world. Smart Girls is thrilled to have partnered with Cartoon Network and The Powerpuff Girls to help introduce Powfactor and those who embody its spirit, in this original mini docu-series.
With a shared goal of empowering young girls, Cartoon Network and Smart Girls developed each episode as a testament to different ways people use their special ingredient to create, teach and inspire those around them.
