UCS robotics team hosts Robot Day

Students of all ages invited to October 24 event

The award-winning Utica Community Schools Thunder-Chickens Robotics Team will host a Robot Day for students of all ages at the Clinton Macomb Public Library from 1-4 p.m. on October 24.

Robot Day is a program where all students can learn about robotics and FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology).

Students will learn about VEX and FIRST robotics, see demonstrations of previous years’ robotics, hang out with the ThunderChickens mascot and learn more about mechanical and electrical programming.
