Annual Orange and Black game raises money for Turning Point

The Utica High football team, cheer leading squad, and marching band
recently all came together to practice their craft while also raising
money for Turning Point.
Athletes, musicians and fans all braved the tough weather on August 13
and raised over $1,300 to help victims of domestic violence and sexual
assault.
This marks the seventh year of the Black and Orange game. The Black and
Orange game has given over $7,000 total to Turning Point since its
inception in 2010.

"Utica High is a special community," said Matt Marulli. "This is a
unique atmosphere where we can cross group boundaries to achieve our
goals. We want our student athletes to not only get better as players
but to also realize that they can make a positive impact on the outside
world."
