Southeast Michigan is under a wind chill advisory through Wednesday morning, with real-feel temperatures plunging to -35 degrees, the National Weather Service in Detroit says. As of Tuesday evening morning, clickondetroit.com announced over 450 school closings in the Metro Detroit area.
