1 Injured In St. Clair Shores Shooting: Police

St. Clair Shores Police are searching for the shooter.

ST. CLAIR SHORES, MI — One person was injured Friday morning in a St. Clair Shores shooting, according to police.

Officers found a person suffering from a gunshot wound at 8:45 a.m. in the area of Nine Mile Road and Harper Avenue, police said.

The victim was alert and was able to tell officers information about the shooting, police said.

As of Friday afternoon, officers are searching for the shooter, police said.

Officials were still investigating the shooting and do not know how the victim and shooter are connected to each other.
