2 Women Arrested In Fatal Macomb County Shooting: Police

WARREN, MI — Two women have been arrested in connection with the fatal Warren shooting of a man, according to police.

Officers found the man shot to death in the backyard of a home in the 11000 block of Paige Avenue, near Nine Mile Road and Van Dyke Avenue in Warren at 2 a.m. last Friday, according to police.

Evidence led investigators to a home on Jewett Avenue, which is roughly six blocks north of where the man was found dead, according to police.

Officials surrounded the home and arrested two women in connection with the fatal shooting, according to police.

Investigators were speaking to the women and will release more information when it becomes available, according to police.

No other details were released as police continue investigating the shooting.
