A Happier Life?

So I read the coolest thing! That when you write/say 3 things you are grateful for (and try to do this daily) your level of "happiness" rises! You see the sheer act of allowing your brain to scan through your day to find things that made you happy is exercise for your mind and in allowing this to become a habit, you will literally SEE more wonderful things, making you happier all the way around. SO! Let's begin this week with three things that made YOU happy in the week that just passed whether you share them with me or not and one more thing...make it GRAND, K?
