Metro Beach is holding a community event, a 5k and 10k run and 5k walk into the park and back out to Prentiss Pointe Apartments. It is also a one-mile Fun Talk.
It is a timed race by Hanson’s Race Management which is out of Hanson’s Running Shop. There will be a DJ and medals to win. This is the “5th Annual Run Like a Mother” fundraiser, put on by the Parks and Recreation Department of Harrison Township.
