Friends of the St. Clair Shores Public Library will hold its annual Fall Book Sale Oct. 12-15 at the library. Public sale hours are: Thursday, Oct. 13, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Friday, Oct. 14, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; and Saturday, Oct. 15, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. A sale date for Friends members only is Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. (new Friends memberships available at the sale). Hardcover books will be sold for $3 and paperbacks for 50 cents, for most titles. Videos and music also will be available. Proceeds benefit the library. The library is located at 22500 Eleven Mile Road at Jefferson, 586-771-9020.
