Habits!

Habits! SO interesting to me. How we get them, how we change them, how stinking HARD it can be to get rid of some! "Creatures of" we certainly are! So what's one habit you would like to drop and one you might like to pick up in the new year? It begins with the decision, simple steps of implementation, self-discipline and the "waiting game." 21-days at least. I'm very proud of the "good habits" I've developed over the years but it's been WAY too long since I've worked to put a new one in place so putting a new one in place, I shall! Wishing you a GRAND "good habit filled" day ahead!
