We want to help you live better! So come out to our first ever Health & Wellness Expo.

The Lakeshore Family YMCA is hosting its first ever Health & Wellness Expo! There will be vendors, speakers, and demos. Come prepared to try out our fitness classes.

Snacks and Bottled water will be provided. Free Child care for Members and Non-Members (2 hour limit).
