Home buyers!! The State has money for you!!!!

There has been a recent change coming out of MSHDA.  In the past, they offered down payment assistance to 1st time home buyers.  Just recently they have made a change to their requirements, ANYONE looking to buy a new home could qualify for up to $7500 in down payment assistance.

This is absolutely a game changer!  If you've EVER thought of buying a new home, or have been thinking of selling your current home to make that move you've been wanting to do for a few years but you didn't think the market was where it needed to be.......... I think you'd be surprised!
