Nautical Mile Restaurant Week: Waves

The inaugural  Restaurant Week runs through Sunday, Aug. 21 and features special three-course lunch and dinner menus for $20 per person. Beverages, gratuity, and taxes are not included in the special price.

Choice of one appetizer:

• Carrot strings
• Sweet potato fries
• BBQ wings
• Cuban fusion stixs with plum sauce (carnitas pork spring rolls)
• Conch fritters with rajun cajun
• Vegetable spring rolls with orange ginger sauce

Choice of one entree:

• Beef Medallions: Sauteed beef tenderloin medallion with a wild mushroom bordelaise sauce.
• Half slab of ribs
• Half BBQ chicken
• Chicken tikka: Tempura chicken in a pineapple mango sweet and sour sauce over saffron rice.
• Mermaid pasta: Penne pasta topped with two sauces, Alfredo and meat sauce.
• Rasta pasta: Spiced chicken sauteed with mushrooms, peppers, onions in a spicy tomato sauce with penne pasta.
• Fried Perch
• 12oz New York strip with zip sauce and onion strings.
• Whitefish in a bag: Whitefish splashed with white wine, garden vegetables, garlic and fresh herbs.

Choice of one dessert:

• Brownie ala mode
• Mini volcanic ripple: Vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, pecans, bananas and whipped cream
• Wally's sunset pineapple coconut macadamia nut frozen custard pie.
