“This is a chance for fans to get up close and personal with the band. It’s like going on the road with us but you get to sleep in your OWN bed that night!” quips Sponge’s lead singer Vinnie Dombroski.
Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Trinity Transportation are proud sponsors of Sponge’s Bus Tour. Tito’s will offer drink specials at each venue, with partial proceeds benefiting Eastside Teen Outreach (ETO). ETO provides a safe environment and positive, supportive programming for at risk teens in Macomb County, Michigan.

Hailing from Detroit, Sponge gained widespread notoriety with their debut album "Rotting Piñata,” released in August 1994. Hits like "Plowed" and "Molly (16 Candles)" fueled massive airplay on radio stations from coast to coast and were in heavy rotation on MTV in the late 90's. After "Rotting Piñata" went Gold, the band toured internationally, and followed up with the critically lauded CD “Wax Ecstatic,” garnering additional hits "Wax Ecstatic" and "Have You Seen Mary?”
Dedicated road warriors, Sponge continue to tour the country, wowing audiences with their no holds barred live performances.
Sponge will have copies of their latest CDs “The Beer Sessions,” plus limited edition T-shirts for sale at the venues participating in the Bus Tour.
“We are looking forward to a great night of music, and hanging out with our awesome fans!” adds Dombroski.
