Young millennials may stay on the job for only 16 months before seeking another job. The Patch Jobs Board has oodles of open positions.
The nation’s 75 million millennials – individuals between the ages of 18 and 34 – are known for restlessness and job hopping and have what their great-great-grandparents might have called wanderlust or “sand in their shoes.”
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the typical worker aged 20 to 24 has been in their job for about 16 months. Among those aged 25-34, the median tenure was three years, compared with a median tenure of five and one-half years among workers ages 25 and older.

The jobs site CareerCast has put together a list of the best jobs for millennials, according to a recent report by Business insider. Here they are, along with some recently posted jobs on the Patch Jobs Board:
Advertising Account Executive: Annual median salary, $115,750; projected growth outlook by 2022, 12 percent; bachelor’s degree generally required.
